4 years ago, back in January 2021 was when I started my yoga journey, I was intrigued by the practice and gave it a shot as my New Year’s resolution. Unlike most of my resolutions, this one stuck around even after all these years, why ?
Well the reason is simple :

1. My Yoga Guru
Ruchika aunty has been a stellar mentor, who with her strong work ethic & years of experience has fine tuned the classes to suit all her students.
Her sense of purpose & love for yoga can be seen clearly in her efforts towards the Yog Aarambh classes. Come what may, but aunty’s class will start sharp at 5pm (the evening batch). It’s this sheer dedication that inspires us, her students, to give our 100% effort as well !

2. Flexibility
Yog Aarambh classes have a very accommodative & flexible format. If you are an early riser then join the 7:30am batch, if you missed that, then join the 9am batch and if you’re busy in the mornings then there’s a 5pm evening session too !
This way even if I am busy during one slot, I can always join the other ones.

3. Class Format
The classes are structured in such a manner that you can see changes in yourself within those 60 minutes itself…Starting with light stretches moving into the major asanas and then ending with a good cool down, the classes are formatted in a way to keep you at ease and yet to challenge yourself at the same time.

4. Inclusivity
Yog Aarambh is a masterclass in inclusivity! Ruchika aunty knows that different people have different bodies and different requirements and guides us accordingly. Asanas have beginner, intermediate & advance stages and not only that, if on a certain day you have a back ache for example, then aunty will guide you keeping in mind your needs.

5. Sustainable Practice
Yoga is a sustainable practice and is not too strenuous on the body, so even on the days when I’m not feeling great, or when I don’t want to do anything, simply logging on to Yog Aarambh classes helps a lot, not only physically but mentally & spiritually too. 6. New Variations I have been a part of Yog Aarambh since a long time, and yet, I do not feel bored of the Asanas, because every week we are surprised and presented with different variations of asanas which helps us reach and extend our beyond limitations .7. Mode of Classes Since the classes are through the online mode, thus I can log in from any part of the world. I know people who join Yog Aarambh classes from Dubai & Canada too ! Even when I’m on the go, all I need is my phone or my laptop and I’m set to join the yoga class. 8. Holistic Approach Not only does Yog Aarambh offer the best yoga classes but it also has nutritional plans too !I was enrolled in the “12 week Transformation Program” and to be completely honest, it drastically changed my perspective towards health and wellness. It’s a must try for anyone looking to transition into a wholesome & healthy lifestyle.It’s because of these and many more reasons why I absolutely love Yog Aarambh’s classes and I would vehemently support & recommend everyone to give it a shot, because just like me, you will not realise how it went from just a New Year’s resolution to a lifestyle.
